Salesforce (NYSE: CRM) reported first-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue of $11.1 billion on May 27, up 13% year over year, and raised its full-year FY27 revenue guidance to $45.9 billion to $46.2 billion.
The company said Agentforce annual recurring revenue reached $1.2 billion, up 205% year over year, as it frames agentic AI as a key driver of growth.
Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share came in at $3.88, up 50% year over year.

Non-GAAP operating margin was 34.8%, and current remaining performance obligation reached $33.6 billion.
Free cash flow was $6.6 billion, up 4% year over year.
The Q1 revenue figure included a $444 million contribution from Informatica, which Salesforce acquired in November 2025 (fiscal 2026).
That acquisition also accounts for $1.1 billion of the $3.4 billion in combined Agentforce and Data 360 ARR that Salesforce reported.
Stripping out Informatica Cloud ARR, the Agentforce-specific $1.2 billion figure is a more direct measure of internally built AI product traction.
In the prior quarter, FY26 Q4, Agentforce ARR stood at $800 million and combined Agentforce and Data 360 ARR was above $2.9 billion, perSalesforce’s fourth-quarter release.
“Agentic AI is the biggest growth opportunity for our customers, and for Salesforce,” CEO Marc Benioff said in theearnings release.
Salesforce cited company-defined usage metrics.
It said 3.8 billion Agentic Work Units had been delivered to date across Agentforce and Slack, up 111% quarter over quarter, and that it had processed more than 28.6 trillion tokens, up 152% quarter over quarter.
