[Operator Instructions] Now I will hand the conference over to the speakers to begin today's call.
Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us at short notice.
I'm Martin Sion, CEO of Alstom, and I'm joined by Bernard Delpit, Executive Vice President and CFO.
Bernard and I will make a few introductory remarks and today's announcements before opening the floor to Q&A.
The start of the year is challenging, to say the least.
It has reinforced the need to trends across the organization and the need to strengthen our balance sheet.
On my first few months in the company, I visited more than 35 sites.
I met with Alstom teams, customers, suppliers and investors, and immersed myself in some of our largest projects.
My objective was to move quickly from diagnosis to action.
I know that it takes time to change an organization of this size.
And this is why shortly after joining, I launched several urgent actions to deliver early improvement across the company.
